What will you do
  • Manage and coordinate end to end recruitment projects
  • Implement and execute creative and targeted sourcing strategies resulting in successful pipelining of both active and passive candidates (LinkedIn research, targeted talent mapping, database searching, networking, complex internet searches)
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to address and solve their talent challenges
  • Conduct interviews, assess experience, competencies & value fit
  • Play a critical role in promoting the company brand in view of hiring the best possible talents
  • Collaborate with colleagues from other locations to learn & share best practices

Experience and skills we are looking for
  • Solid, 5 years experience in end to end recruitment process, gained in the recruitment agencies or in in-house recruitment. Experience from engineering company will be an asset
  • Fluent command of Czech/Slovak
  • Very good knowledge of English – Other European languages would be an advantage
  • Higher education degree
  • Customer attitude
  • Strong business understanding and professional approach
  • Passion in delivering the best candidate experience
