Our client is undergoing a transformation and is introducing the Kinaxis Maestro platform as a single planning tool for the entire EMEA region. We are looking for an experienced leader to drive this rollout from strategy through to tangible operational results. Prior knowledge of Kinaxis Maestro is not a prerequisite for success in this role.

• Lead the Kinaxis Maestro deployment roadmap across EMEA, including governance, milestones, risks and resource planning.
• Drive standardization of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, SIOP/IBP, Capacity Planning, Production Planning and Materials Planning processes.
• Coordinate the rollout across plants, business units, IT teams and external implementation partners.
• Lead change management, training, communication and organizational readiness activities.
• Ensure master data readiness, manage testing, align with ERP integration and prepare for go-live.
• Manage post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement.
• Measure and deliver business value through improvements in key KPIs.

• Experience leading an APS/planning system implementation (Kinaxis or similar) across multiple sites, not just using the system.
• Knowledge of planning processes (Demand/Supply Planning, SIOP/IBP, Capacity/Production Planning) at a level that allows you to design and implement a standardized process.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs across IT, operations and external implementation partners; vendor management is key.
• Change management: hands-on experience leading adoption of change.
• English at C1 level.
• Advantage: ERP integration and master data governance, experience in an environment of similar size/complexity, PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2/SAFe).
• Direct experience with Kinaxis Maestro is not required; experience with an APS platform plus a proven ability to learn a new tool is sufficient.
