The scope of job description consists in two roles: technical inspector for welding and NDE and teamleader. Responsibility in role of technical inspector: Perform inspection of equipments in manufacture. Ensure the manufacture quality acc.to nuclear standards focusing on documentation, metalurgy, welding and NDE. Supplier quality assurance, material status reporting to support expediting activities and meet timeframes of deliveries. Evaluate and approved equipment test results in manufacture. Support suppliers and manufacturer with trainings about nuclear standars and their implementation to the production. Participation on non-conformity isssues solutions, specific inspection on the site of nuclear powerplant. Responsibility in role of teamleader. Direct responsibilities coordination for welding inspection staff teams (team for welding, team for NDE). Tasks dedication, reporting of tasks results, provide training for technical backgroung and soft skills for team members. Results reporting to head of Technical inspection department. Coordination of meetings with suppliers. KPI set, follow up and evaluation for welding and NDE. Instruction and guidlines documents creation. Commenting of technical documentation for manufacture and erection phases.

Receive initial job requests; put together schedules and estimates; assigns Project Coordinators to projects. Participate in new business opportunities as required, participating in the development of proposals and scopes of work. Lead approach and estimate development for RFQ responses for new projects. Serve as a client-facing member of the Project Management team, able to explain project management concepts and approaches (including methodology, scope, slack, critical path, etc.) to clients who possess varying degrees of digital knowledge. Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to all levels of a client’s organization, in addition to regular project documentation such as schedules, status reports and technical documentation. Ensure flawless production, scheduling, resourcing, project management and technical implementation – including the management of internal teams and external partners. Provide leadership and professional development to department; hire, mentor and train employees; write and conduct direct reports reviews and recommend pay increases. Assist in oversight of all department operations; create, implement, and oversee department/APQP process and documentation; assess current operations and recommend new solutions . Define and document best practices and contribute to company knowledge-sharing effort. Keep abreast of industry trends by reviewing internet content and industry magazines and websites.
